1. Scope and Subject Matter of the Contract

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the services offered by Rainbow Community Angels GbR (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our"), in particular the provision of information, community functions and advisory services on the website rainbowcommunityangels.com.

The subject of these Terms is the use of our platform to promote community, mutual support and the exchange of values. Use is only permitted in compliance with these Terms.

2. Rights and Obligations of Users

As a user, you undertake not to use the platform for illegal, offensive or misleading purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you share on our platform.

• You may not publish copyrighted content without permission.
• You undertake not to collect or misuse other users' data.
• You are obliged to keep your access data confidential.

2.1 Responsibility for Content

We assume no responsibility for content created by users. However, we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

3. Limitation of Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, limb or health. For simple negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

Liability for indirect damages, in particular lost profits, is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The foregoing limitations of liability also apply to our legal representatives and vicarious agents.

4. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time with effect for the future. You will be informed of material changes by email to the address you provided. If you do not object to the change within four weeks of receiving the notification, the amended Terms will be deemed accepted by you.

5. Termination and Cessation of Use

You may cease using our services at any time without stating a reason. We may block or delete your account with immediate effect if you violate these Terms or legal regulations.

In the event of termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

6. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the place of jurisdiction shall be our registered office in Germany, provided you are a merchant or a legal entity under public law.
